Role Overview
Data to Insight is hiring a Zoho Finance Consultant Trainee to support Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance implementations.
This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about accounting, financial systems, business processes, and technology. The selected candidate will work with clients to understand their accounting requirements, configure Zoho Finance solutions, provide training, and support system implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance products to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client accounting processes and recommend suitable solutions.
- Configure Zoho Books based on business requirements.
- Provide user training and implementation support.
- Support data collection, preparation, validation, and import.
- Coordinate with Zoho Support for technical and product-related issues.
- Assist clients with accounting process setup and system adoption.
- Support bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
- Document client requirements, configurations, and implementation progress.
- Continuously learn Zoho Finance products, accounting practices, and business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience or practical knowledge of Zoho Books.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Willingness to learn new accounting systems, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to work from the Kochi office on a full-time basis.
Added Advantages
- Previous experience in bookkeeping.
- Practical experience using Zoho Books.
- Completion of CMA Intermediate or CA Intermediate.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in accounting data migration or software implementation.
