Role overview
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to promote and sell our ERP software and IT solutions. This is a field sales, commission-based role with high earning potential, making it ideal for freshers, freelancers, and experienced sales professionals who enjoy meeting clients, closing deals, and getting rewarded for their performance
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and potential clients to present our ERP software and IT solutions.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through field visits, phone calls, emails, and online channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate demonstrations with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales or business development experience are welcome.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients for field sales activities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in interacting with customers.
- Interest in technology, ERP software, and IT solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace is an advantage
