Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions of the manufacturing unit including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, training & development, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices in a manufacturing setup and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Plan and execute recruitment drives for staff, technicians, and management roles.
- Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding formalities.
- Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely hiring as per production requirements.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, HRMS data, and records.
- Handle employee grievance redressal and ensure a healthy work environment.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, etc.
- Coordinate with government authorities and auditors for HR-related inspections.
- Maintain statutory registers and submit monthly/annual returns as required.
4. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI).
- Assist management in setting performance targets and conducting reviews.
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Promote discipline, motivation, and teamwork among employees.
- Conduct periodic communication meetings and feedback sessions.
6. HR Policy & Strategy
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to long-term HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Advise management on organizational structure and change management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
