Job Summary
The Career Consultant is responsible for counseling prospective students, managing enquiries across multiple domains, maintaining leads in the CRM, converting enquiries into admissions, and providing excellent customer service throughout the admission journey.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals on career opportunities across multiple domains such as:
- SAP S/4HANA
- Data Science & AI
- Full Stack Development
- Cloud Computing
- Logistics & Supply Chain
- Finance & Accounting
- Digital Marketing
- Multimedia & Design
- Tally & Business Accounting
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable training program based on their educational background and career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through:
- Phone Calls
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Website Leads
- Social Media
- Walk-in Enquiries
- Maintain and update all leads in the CRM/Google Sheets with accurate information.
- Schedule follow-up calls, demo sessions, counselling appointments, and admission discussions.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by explaining course benefits, curriculum, certification, placement assistance, and career opportunities.
- Explain course fees, offers, payment plans, and scholarship options to prospective students.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up activities to ensure no lead is missed.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for demo classes and batch scheduling.
- Generate quotations, admission forms, and enrollment documentation.
- Track enquiry status from Lead → Follow-up → Demo → Admission → Enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt responses and resolving queries effectively.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on:
- New Leads
- Follow-ups
- Admissions
- Pending Leads
- Conversion Ratio
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads and ensure quick response times.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of student information and organizational data.
- Support placement and academic teams whenever required during student onboarding.
