First edge Capital is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Gold Loan branch operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch sales and achieve gold loan & business targets.
- Manage branch operations while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance, accurate gold appraisal, and secure asset management.
- Lead the branch team, maintain portfolio quality, and control collections & NPAs.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Gold Loan/NBFC/Banking operations.
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
