1. Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for promoting sustainable energy solutions, specifically solar panel installations and rooftop systems, to potential customers.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote solar energy products and services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and consistent follow-ups.
- Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, including long-term cost savings and government subsidies.
- Manage and update lead records and sales activities in the CRM tool.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
2. Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (Preferred).
3. Experience: 1–2 years in Tele Sales or BPO preferred; Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
4. Language: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
5. Attributes: High energy, strong negotiation skills, and a target-oriented mindset.
6. Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy is a plus, though training will be provided.
