Customer Support Assistant (Fresher)
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Working Hours: 3 PM – 9 PM (IST)
Languages Required: English and Tamil (preferred)
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

We are a fast-growing EdTech company dedicated to helping children improve their English communication and reading skills through engaging online classes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Customer Support Assistant to join our team and ensure a smooth experience for our students, parents, and teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist parents and teachers during live sessions if any technical or scheduling issues arise.
- Communicate politely and professionally via WhatsApp, calls, and messages.
- Coordinate between the academic and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide quick responses and support during class hours.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and Email).
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- Calm, patient, and polite with customers.
- Reliable and punctual.
Training & Growth:
- Complete training will be provided on tools, communication procedures, and class coordination.
- Opportunity to grow into full-time Operations or Academic Coordination roles.
