- Formulate and govern annual and quarterly distributor target structures,
monitoring performance to ensure payouts are aligned with business
volume goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and officially onboard high-potential A & B category
retail dealers in underpenetrated zones to expand the brand's retail
footprint.
- Deploy specialized "Dealer Tools" (such as material display cards,
comparison charts, and assisted-selling guides) at newly onboarded retail
counters to drive immediate consumer conversion.
- Strategically position shop schemes, display standards, and worker/floorstaff
incentives to maximize brand share-of-counter space against
competitors.
- Direct, mentor, and track a high-performance team of Sales Executives,
Territory Officers, and on-site retail floor staff.
- Design and execute daily field-visit beats, ensuring the sales force
maintains rigorous market discipline, captures structured outlet feedback,
and reviews competitor trade push.
- Establish data-driven KRA/KPI frameworks for the field team, linking
performance incentives directly to primary billing, secondary liquidation,
and new dealer acquisition rates.
- Enforce strict Market Discipline parameters; monitor and eliminate any
instances of cross-border poaching, unauthorized discounting, or trade
scheme manipulation across territories to protect brand equity.
- Manage credit risk limits and optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
across all channel partners, ensuring zero-error payment collections and
clean account reconciliation.
- Coordinate rolling 30-day demand forecasts with factory production and
logistics teams to synchronize manufacturing plans with fast-moving
regional seasonal trends.
- Sets exceptional field discipline standards, driving regular counter visits,
real-time inventory checks, and swift resolution of channel grievances.
- Ensuring total transparency in scheme payouts, claim settlements, and strict adherence to organizational compliance policies.
