We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-centric Coordinator with experience in the furniture industry and a proven track record of excellent client handling. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clients, design teams, production, and logistics. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their journey from selection to final installation is seamless, professional, and up to our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Primary Liaison: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for walk-in clients, interior designers, and architects, managing communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Consultative Support: Assist clients with product inquiries, material selections, customization options, and order updates with a high level of professionalism.
- Query Resolution: Efficiently handle and resolve client concerns, delays, or issues regarding order specifications and delivery schedules, maintaining a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback post-delivery to ensure maximum satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
2. Operations & Order Coordination
- Order Management: Track order progress from the initial booking/advance payment stage through production, quality checks, and final dispatch.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal teams (designers, workshop/production heads, site supervisors, and dispatch) to ensure custom furniture pieces meet client specifications and timelines.
- Vendor & Logistics Management: Collaborate with delivery teams and logistics partners to schedule hassle-free white-glove delivery and on-site assembly for clients.
3. Documentation & Administration
- Quotations & Invoicing: Prepare and send accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmation sheets to clients.
- CRM/ERP Maintenance: Ensure all client interactions, order details, customized specifications, and payment stages are meticulously logged in the company system.
- Status Reporting: Share regular progress reports with the management/directors regarding pending orders, client feedback, and delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience as a Coordinator, Relationship Manager, or Front-End Executive, specifically within the Furniture, Luxury Retail, Modular Kitchen, or Interior Design industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of furniture categories (sofas, case goods, dining, wardrobes), upholstery fabrics, wood types, and basic interior terminologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills when handling demanding clientele or unforeseen operational delays.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle multiple client orders and site timelines simultaneously without compromising on detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
