We are looking to collaborate with an experienced Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Professional, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruitment Agency who can help us identify and screen suitable candidates for multiple positions.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for professionals who are already employed full-time and wish to take up an additional part-time recruitment assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various openings
- Conduct initial screening and interview rounds
- Assess candidate suitability based on role requirements
- Coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates
- Share shortlisted profiles with the AdsDial hiring team
Current Hiring Requirements
Recruitment support will primarily be required for:
- Sales & Customer Relationship Executives
- Content Writers
- Editors
- Additional business and operational roles as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- Access to job portals, candidate databases, professional networks, or talent pools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Compensation
- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
