We are hiring a Packaging Executive for our Bakery Unit
Industry: Bakery / Food Production
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily packaging of bakery products as per quality and hygiene standards.
- Ensure correct packing, sealing, labeling, batch coding and expiry/date marking.
- Check product quantity, weight and packaging quality before dispatch.
- Maintain proper stock of packaging materials and report shortages.
- Coordinate with Production, Store and Dispatch teams for timely packing.
- Maintain packaging records, wastage and daily production/packing reports.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper product handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards in the packaging area.
- Supervise packaging staff/helpers and allocate daily work.
- Ensure minimum packaging wastage and timely completion of orders.
Requirements:
Fresher or experience in bakery, food production, FMCG or food packaging. Knowledge of food hygiene, labeling and packaging standards preferred.
