A Territory Sales Incharge is responsible for managing sales activities within a specific geographic area or territory. The role includes handling distributors, retailers, dealers, and sales staff to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory.
- Appoint and handle distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Visit markets regularly for order collection and relationship building.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for smooth operations.
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
- Lead and guide sales representatives or field staff.
Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and team handling ability.
- Market knowledge and customer relationship management.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, detergent, soap, or consumer goods sales is an advantage.
