Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Academic Counselors to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational programs and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping learners achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand students' academic background and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable programs based on individual needs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure an excellent counseling experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Academic Counseling, Career Counseling, Admission Counseling, Student Counseling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an added advantage.
