We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled ERPNext / Frappe Developer to join our team and support the implementation, customization, and development of ERPNext for our manufacturing operations.
Freshers with strong knowledge of Python and a genuine interest in ERP development are welcome to apply. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in ERPNext or Frappe development will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing ERPNext for manufacturing and business operations.
- Develop and customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
- Work with the Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jinja.
- Customize DocTypes, workflows, reports, print formats, dashboards, and business processes.
- Work with modules such as Manufacturing, Stock, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Quality.
- Understand manufacturing workflows including BOM, Work Orders, Job Cards, Stock Entries, Production Planning, and Quality Control.
- Develop custom applications and features using the Frappe Framework.
- Integrate ERPNext with other software, platforms, and APIs when required.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work closely with management and operations teams to understand business requirements and convert them into ERP solutions.
- Assist with data migration, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Improve ERP workflows through automation and customization.
- Maintain proper documentation of developments and customizations.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Python programming.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jinja, and SQL.
- Understanding of database concepts and PostgreSQL/MariaDB.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and integrations is preferred.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in ERP systems, software development, and business process automation.
- Willingness to learn ERPNext, Frappe Framework, and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with academic projects, internships, or practical exposure to Python, ERPNext, Frappe Framework, or software development will be preferred.
The selected candidate will get hands-on experience working on a real-world ERPNext implementation for a manufacturing company, covering production, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality control, and business process automation.
