Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients.
- Explain our services to potential Clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to schedule appointments.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Assist in converting inquiries into admissions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
