Holy Mary College of Nursing is looking for experienced and dedicated M.Sc. Nursing Faculty for immediate appointment in the following specialties:
- Medical Surgical Nursing
- Child Health Nursing (Pediatric Nursing)
- Mental Health Nursing (Psychiatric Nursing)
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. Nursing in the relevant specialty from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience after completion of M.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid State Nursing Council registration is preferred.
- Good communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom lectures and clinical teaching.
- Guide students during clinical postings and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment papers.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Participate in academic, research, and institutional activities.
- Ensure compliance with INC, State Nursing Council, and university guidelines.
