LBM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who love creating engaging social media content, enjoy being creative, and want to build a career in digital marketing and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Assist in planning, shooting, and creating Reels, Shorts, and other video content.
- Write creative captions, scripts, and content ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video editing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative content ideas.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Passion for social media and digital content creation.
- Comfortable appearing in videos is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic photography or videography skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.
- Understanding of current social media trends and AI content tools is a plus.
