Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage job postings across various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Apna, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong screening and interviewing capabilities.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess candidate fitment and cultural alignment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in Recruitment Agencies, Staffing Firms, Consulting Organizations, or Corporate Talent Acquisition teams.
- Strong network of candidates across various domains.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment.
