We are looking for a talented and client-focused Senior Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project.
- Prepare and review working drawings and construction details.
- Guide junior architects and ensure timely project delivery.
- Recommend suitable materials based on quality, budget, and application.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture. BARCH
- 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and D5 Render.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, market rates, and practical site applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently handle client meetings.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
