- Handle customer queries through email in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to complaints, service requests, and general inquiries related to internet services.
- Coordinate with technical, billing, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and follow-ups.
- Ensure all customer emails are responded to within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow company policies and quality standards while communicating with customers.
- Provide clear, accurate, and courteous responses to customers.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
