- Drive branch sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize business growth.

- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
Team Management & Sales Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Immigration Counselors, Sales Consultants, and Telecallers.
- Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Conduct daily sales reviews, performance tracking, and coaching sessions.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on results and accountability.
Lead Management & Conversion
- Oversee lead generation, lead allocation, and follow-up processes.
- Ensure maximum conversion of inquiries into enrollments and successful client sign-ups.
- Track conversion ratios and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Personally handle high-value and premium client cases.
Business Development & Networking
- Develop strong relationships with referral partners, educational consultants, institutions, and local influencers.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Represent the company at seminars, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Handle escalated sales objections and client concerns effectively.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales strategies and customer acquisition.
- Provide market feedback and business insights to senior management.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor branch KPIs and revenue performance.
- Present business reviews and sales forecasts to management.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales pipeline management
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
