About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the growth of Holistic Mind Therapy through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and sales.
This is a client-facing sales and business development role. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, reaching out to prospective partners and clients, pitching our services, following up consistently, converting leads, and building long-term professional relationships.
The ideal candidate should be confident with outreach and sales conversations, comfortable working towards targets, and capable of independently taking a lead from initial contact to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, institutions, and business partners.
* Conduct outbound calls and outreach to potential clients and organisations to introduce Holistic Mind Therapy’s services.
* Understand the requirements of prospective clients and recommend appropriate services such as counselling and psychotherapy, psychological assessments, workshops, corporate wellness programs, and other mental health services.
* Present and pitch the organisation’s services to prospective clients and partners through calls, meetings, presentations, and online/offline interactions.
* Follow up with leads consistently and move prospects through the sales process from initial enquiry to conversion.
* Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with the internal team to successfully close business opportunities.
* Maintain regular communication with existing clients and partners to identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional services.
Partnerships & Institutional Tie-Ups
* Identify and establish professional tie-ups with psychiatric clinics, hospitals, schools, colleges, universities, corporates, wellness organisations, and other relevant institutions.
* Approach psychiatric clinics and healthcare professionals to develop referral partnerships.
* Coordinate with colleges and universities for internship opportunities, student programs, workshops, and other institutional collaborations.
* Explore corporate opportunities for employee wellness programs, mental health workshops, counselling services, and related offerings.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers, HR teams, counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Lead Management & Reporting
* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, partnerships, and revenue generated.
* Update CRM systems and ensure that all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
* Track the status of prospects and identify opportunities that require further follow-up.
* Prepare regular reports on outreach, lead generation, conversion rates, partnerships, and revenue.
* Monitor individual sales targets and work consistently towards achieving monthly and quarterly business development goals.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable making cold calls, conducting outreach, and speaking with new clients and organisations.
* Strong follow-up skills and the ability to convert prospects into clients or business partnerships.
* Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and work towards measurable targets.
* Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and self-motivated approach.
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and institutional partners.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
What We Are Looking For
The candidate should be comfortable picking up the phone, approaching organisations that have never worked with us before, pitching our services, handling objections, following up multiple times, setting up meetings, and ultimately converting opportunities into revenue.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
