Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Help Desk & Computer Hardware Coordinator to provide technical support, maintain computer hardware systems, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. The candidate will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, coordinate with vendors, manage IT assets, and support end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT help desk support to employees/users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
- Handle operating systems installation and upgrades (Windows/Linux/Mac).
- Manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Coordinate with hardware vendors and service providers for repairs and replacements.
- Configure email accounts, antivirus, and office applications.
- Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic networking support.
- Log and track support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regular system backups and preventive maintenance.
- Support conference room IT setup and user onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure IT security policies and data protection practices are followed.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Understanding of printers, routers, switches, and peripherals.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests.
- Knowledge of ticketing/help desk systems is an advantage.
- Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in IT help desk, desktop support, or hardware coordination.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
