About Zuwa.ai
Zuwa.ai is an AI-powered digital marketing platform being built for the global SMB market.
It automates Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, Core 30 pages, content, social media publishing, AI image/video generation, CRM workflows and AI-powered calling.
The product is already substantially built, and we are now looking for an AI Automation Expert to accelerate development, integrations and automation.
What you will do
- Build and improve AI-driven automation workflows across Zuwa.ai.
- Integrate LLMs, AI image/video generation, APIs, CRMs and social platforms.
- Automate content generation, approval, publishing and CRM workflows.
- Build reliable API/webhook-based workflows and error handling.
- Work with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks and LLMs.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and turn them into scalable automations.
- Work closely with the product/technical team to rapidly prototype and deploy features.
- Monitor, debug and optimize existing automations.
What we're looking for
Must have:
- Strong hands-on experience building AI automation workflows.
- Excellent understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON and REST APIs.
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n / Make / Zapier.
- Ability to integrate third-party platforms and troubleshoot API failures.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to work hands-on.
Good to have:
- Experience with social-media APIs.
- AI image/video generation APIs.
- CRM integrations.
- Voice AI / AI calling.
- Local SEO or digital marketing technology.
- Experience building SaaS products.
This role is NOT for you if
You primarily use ChatGPT for content creation but have little experience actually building and deploying automations, APIs and integrations.
We need a builder, not an AI enthusiast.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

- Zuwa.ai is building a workflow where AI generates a social post → sends it to the client for approval → publishes it automatically if approved. If rejected, a new version should be generated. How would you architect this workflow?

- Give one example of an AI automation you have personally built and deployed. Include the tools/APIs used and what happened after deployment.
- If an Instagram/Meta API call suddenly starts returning errors for 10% of customers, how would you diagnose and handle it without manually checking every account?
- Zuwa needs to generate a monthly content calendar using a business's website, Google Business Profile, services, location and previous content. What would you feed into the AI and how would you prevent repetitive/generic content?
