Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage marketplace operations, product listings, inventory coordination, campaign execution and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience across all e-commerce platforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, marketplace knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Purplle and the company website.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and specifications.
- Monitor product visibility, rankings and availability across online platforms.
- Coordinate inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Execute promotional campaigns, offers, discounts and seasonal sales in coordination with the marketing team.
- Track order processing, returns, cancellations and customer feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to improve traffic, conversion rates and online revenue.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate product catalog management and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG or D2C industry.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Purplle, or Shopify.
- Good understanding of marketplace dashboards, catalog management, inventory planning and order management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
