Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Engaging potential customers to promote products or services.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential clients and converting inquiries into sales or appointments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, understanding needs, and handling complaints.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of calls, client information, and sales pipelines in CRM systems.
- Achieving Targets: Meeting daily/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills and the ability to persuade.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Soft Skills: Tenacity, motivation, and resilience to handle rejection.
