Job description:
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative Interior Designer who can take projects from concept to detailed drawings. You’ll work on mood boards, 3D visualizations, detailed working drawings, and material selection while collaborating with our execution team to bring designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Design: Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes based on client brief, site conditions, and budget
- Space Planning: Create efficient furniture layouts, circulation plans, and detailed 2D plans in AutoCAD
- 3D Visualization: Build realistic 3D views using SketchUp / 3ds Max + V-Ray / Enscape to help clients visualize the space
- Working Drawings: Prepare detailed GFC drawings for carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and other interior works
- Material & Finish Selection: Research and specify materials, finishes, lighting, hardware, and décor items. Maintain material library
- Client Presentations: Present concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and revise designs with clarity and confidence
- BOQ Coordination: Work with QS/Project team to prepare item-wise BOQs and support in vendor finalization
- Site Support: Attend site visits during key stages, resolve design queries, and ensure design intent is maintained on site
- Documentation: Maintain project files, revisions, and as-built drawings for handover
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Education: B.Sc / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institute
- Software Skills:
- Must: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office
- Preferred: 3ds Max + V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion, Photoshop, Revit
- Design Skills: Strong sense of space, color, proportion, and detailing. Knowledge of Kerala material market is a plus
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English & Malayalam, presentation skills, ability to handle client feedback constructively
- Portfolio: Must submit portfolio of completed or concept projects. Freshers with strong portfolio may apply for Junior role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
