About the Role:
Xobolt is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems while ensuring safety standards, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and implement electrical systems and components.
- Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate with the civil, operations, and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Conduct inspections, site visits, and prepare progress reports.
- Work on energy optimization and system reliability improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical projects or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial/electrical installation projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design software.
- Understanding of project documentation and BOQs.
