Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Head – Electrical & Electronics to lead and manage large-scale electrical and electronics projects. The ideal candidate should have 20–25 years of experience in project execution, team management, electrical systems, and site operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, commissioning, and successful delivery within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end execution of Electrical & Electronics projects.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution.
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
- Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
- Manage procurement coordination and vendor performance.
- Ensure effective risk management and project cost control.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- 20–25 years of relevant experience in electrical and electronics project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, commissioning, and project execution.
- Experience in handling large industrial, infrastructure, or commercial projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
