Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Roles & Responsibilities
* Acquire new clients through provided databases, references, networking, and lead generation activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Understand clients’ financial requirements, investment objectives, and risk preferences.
* Explain suitable stock market products, trading services, and investment solutions to clients.
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active customers.
* Support clients with account activation, platform usage, and service-related queries.
* Maintain regular communication with clients regarding relevant market information and available services.
* Achieve assigned client acquisition, activation, business, and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and business activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service support.
* Follow all company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures.
