- Full-cycle deal ownership: Drive opportunities from lead generation through to closure, working closely with pre-sales and design teams to shape winning proposals.
- Post-sale account health: Monitor project execution and customer satisfaction after the sale, so delivery matches what was promised and relationships stay strong for the next opportunity.
- Territory and pipeline planning: Prioritise accounts and opportunities across the region, balancing new business development with the growth of existing relationships.
