Job Description — OD (Organization Development) Consultant
According to the uploaded JD, this is a fresher-level Organization Development (OD) role based in Chennai, with a CTC of ₹3.84 lakh per annum.
1. Eligibility
- Freshers
- BE/BTech + MBA (HR) / MSW (HR), or
- Any degree + MBA (HR) / MSW (HR)
- Multilingual candidates are preferred.
2. Competencies Required
The candidate should:
- Understand the relationship between individuals and groups.
- Have good written and verbal English communication.
- Preferably know multiple languages.
- Be a good team player.
- Have a basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Have good project management skills.
3. Key Expectations
The role requires you to:
- Maintain high ethical standards while representing the CEO at the client site.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure successful implementation.
- Ensure the required support and resources are available.
- Maintain high standards of implementation effectiveness.
- Be willing to travel or relocate for assignments.
4. Main Job Responsibilities
You will:
- Act as the face of the organization at the client location.
- Understand the CEO's products and methodologies.
- Understand project deliverables and manage project implementation.
- Design and conduct training.
- Design and implement HR processes/systems to improve employee engagement.
- Have an inclination toward people development.
- Plan the detailed/micro-level aspects of projects.
- Handle day-to-day project execution activities.
5. Additional Responsibilities
- Follow project timelines and complete assigned tasks.
- Support the project leader/mentor as required.
- Maintain implementation effectiveness.
- Continuously look for process/project improvements.
- Be good at documentation and presentations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹384,000.00 per month
