Responsibilities
- Own the technology architecture- Design and govern scalable, secure end-to-end system architectures.
- Ensure the cloud-based platform adheres to the security, scalability, performance, and reliability needs.
- Apply context to make sensible design decisions daily along an entire continuum of monolith to micro- services.
- Advise product management on building the product roadmap and feature implementation.
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and coding best practices.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.
- Conduct design reviews, sprint ceremonies, and project retrospectives.
- Manage vendor and third-party technology partnerships.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple work streams.
- Lead Cross Functional teams across technology, business and QA across the entire SDLC from feature concept to production stability (~15 people)
- Project Road mapping & Scheduling: Creating project plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Project Risk identification and resolution
- Project Tracking & Reporting
- Ability to guide and support business with feature prioritization and technologists with solution architecture
- Should come from a very strong hands-on background (ideally still active) of software architecture development in Java/spring/Cloud
Communication should be very good as this role will report directly to MD.
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
