About the Role
Maverick Simulation Solutions Limited is looking for a high-performing finance professional to drive core accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The role demands strong technical expertise, process orientation, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations in a dynamic and compliance-driven environment.
Qualification
CA Inter (or equivalent qualification) – Mandatory
Experience
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Prior exposure to manufacturing or inventory-driven environments preferred
- Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, GST regulations, TDS, and banking processes
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced Excel
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Operations
- Oversee preparation, review, and validation of sales invoices and E-way bills
- Manage accounting, verification, and documentation for import and domestic procurement transactions
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory accounting across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods (manufacturing and trading)
Taxation & Compliance
- Lead end-to-end GST compliance, including:
- Timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
- GSTR-2B reconciliation and resolution of variances
- Vendor engagement for GST discrepancies and compliance alignment
- Preparation and filing of annual returns (GSTR 9 & 9C)
- Managing data preparation and responses for GST audits, assessments, and scrutiny
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation with IMS portal and ensure data accuracy
Direct Tax & Statutory Filings
Manage TDS compliance lifecycle:
- Filing of returns (24Q & 26Q)
- Issuance of Form 16 (employees) and Form 16A (vendors)
Banking & Foreign Exchange
- Handle foreign exchange transactions, including inward and outward remittances
- Ensure timely submission of bill of entry and supporting documentation to banking partners
- Liaise with banks for regulatory compliance and smooth transaction processing
Systems, Controls & Reporting
- Drive accuracy and efficiency using Tally Prime for accounting operations
- Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookup functions, data modelling) for reconciliations and reporting
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, ensuring adherence to internal controls and statutory requirements
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
