Job Summary
Aakash Pure Aqua Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior RO & Water Treatment Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for Domestic RO Systems, Commercial RO Plants, Industrial RO Plants, DM Plants, Water Softeners, and related water treatment equipment.The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in water treatment systems, field service management, fault diagnosis, and customer handling. Candidates with hands-on experience in commercial and industrial water treatment projects will be given preference.
Role & responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service Domestic RO, Commercial RO, and Industrial Water Treatment Systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and scheduled service visits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and water treatment system faults.
- Repair and restore equipment functionality efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Handle customer complaints and service requests professionally and promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator regarding daily schedules, appointments, and customer updates.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, spare parts consumption, and service reports.
- Submit daily field reports and service updates to management.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service standards.
- Support commissioning and maintenance of Water Softeners, DM Plants, Pressure Pumps, and Filtration Systems.
- Escalate critical technical issues to senior management when required.
- Travel across Salem, Coimbatore, Dharmapuri, and other locations as assigned for installations, breakdown services, and project support.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, EEE, or related technical field.
- Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in RO water purifier installation and servicing.
- Experience in Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial RO Systems preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of RO, UV, UF, Alkaline, Copper, Water Softeners, DM Plants, and Water Treatment Systems.
- Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage field service activities.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively for service and installation assignments.

Technical Eligibility AssessmentCandidates shortlisted for the Senior RO & Water Treatment Service Engineer position will undergo a 2-Day Technical Eligibility Assessment at customer locations to evaluate:
- Installation skills
- Troubleshooting capability
- Technical knowledge of RO and water treatment systems
- Customer handling ability
- Service quality standards
Selection and salary package will be finalized based on assessment performance, technical expertise, and interview evaluation.
