- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all departments have the necessary resources.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and other needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and setup of workstations.
- Support HR with administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for employees and executives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Monitor and manage office expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in implementing and improving office policies and procedures.
- Support other departments with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
