Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive VIP guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve tea, coffee, beverages, snacks, and meals using proper service etiquette.
- Set up and clear dining tables for formal and informal meals.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and attend to their requests promptly.
Household Assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas, living rooms, dining rooms, and pantry.
- Arrange fresh flowers, newspapers, magazines, and refreshments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, chefs, and other household staff.
- Ensure all serving equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are clean and properly arranged.
Personal Assistance
- Assist the employer with daily hospitality requirements.
- Help in organizing family gatherings, business meetings, and private events.
- Prepare guest rooms before arrivals.
- Handle laundry coordination for VIP clothing if assigned.
- Manage pantry inventory and report shortages.
Food & Beverage Service
- Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshments.
- Follow international dining etiquette and table setting standards.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety practices.
- Assist the chef during events when required.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain records of pantry supplies and guest preferences.
- Coordinate with vendors for household requirements.
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Required Skills
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Knowledge of fine dining and VIP service etiquette.
- Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Hotel Management or Hospitality certification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Butler, Hospitality Executive, in luxury hotels/private residences.
- Knowledge of formal table service and housekeeping standards.
Preferred Experience
- Experience serving HNIs, business executives, diplomats, celebrities, or VIP families.
- Experience in luxury hotels, private villas, or executive guest houses.
Working Conditions
- Duty Hours: 8–12 hours (as per employer requirement)
- Weekly Off: As per employer policy
