Technical Content Writer Intern (HR)
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship( Remote)
As part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer Intern (HR) who can create engaging, accurate, and professional HR-related content while supporting employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write HR-related articles, blogs, SOPs, policies, and documentation.
- Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment content.
- Develop employee handbooks, HR templates, newsletters, and internal communication materials.
- Assist in creating training manuals, onboarding documents, and learning content.
- Write content for LinkedIn, company website, and employer branding campaigns.
- Coordinate with the HR team to understand hiring requirements and organizational processes.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Conduct research on HR trends, labour laws, talent acquisition, and employee engagement topics.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's tone, branding, and compliance standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Good understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of AI writing tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
- Prior content writing, blogging, or HR internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
