We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Measurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing digital analytics and measurement frameworks across web properties and marketing platforms. This role requires expertise in tracking, tagging, server-side measurement, and data quality assurance to ensure accurate and actionable business insights.

Implement and maintain tracking and tagging across websites using Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-Side).

Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, conversions, custom dimensions, and reporting setup.

Implement Server-Side Tracking and Conversions API (CAPI) integrations across marketing platforms.

Translate business and measurement requirements into scalable tracking solutions.

Develop and maintain data layers in collaboration with development teams.

Conduct tracking audits and identify data quality issues, gaps, and optimization opportunities.

Perform QA and debugging of analytics implementations using browser developer tools, Tag Assistant, and network logs.

Ensure measurement frameworks are aligned with privacy and consent requirements.

Create and maintain implementation documentation, naming conventions, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate campaign and website performance measurement.

Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving analytics technologies.

4+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or Measurement Analytics.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), including Server-Side GTM.

Experience implementing Server-Side Tracking and Conversions API (CAPI).

Strong understanding of Data Layer architecture and event tracking.

Experience working with JavaScript for tracking and custom implementations.

Expertise in tracking audits, QA, debugging, and troubleshooting analytics issues.

Familiarity with privacy regulations, consent management, and analytics compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio, or similar reporting and visualization tools.

Exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

Experience working with Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow tracking implementations.

Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).
