Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Order Taking Staff to handle customer orders efficiently and ensure accurate processing. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person
- Ensure all order details (product, quantity, price) are recorded accurately
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely dispatch
- Follow up with customers regarding order status and delivery updates
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Maintain proper records of daily orders and reports
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (Any field)
- Freshers can apply (prior experience is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / billing software)
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
