Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to ensure successful implementation and adoption of BeeCurious programs across partner schools. This role will manage stakeholder relationships, program delivery, customer success, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end implementation of BeeCurious programs.
● Act as the primary point of contact for schools and key stakeholders.
● Drive program adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
● Conduct training sessions for educators and school leaders.
● Monitor program performance and recommend improvements.
● Coordinate with Product, Curriculum, and Operations teams.
● Ensure timely issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
Essential Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in Program Management, or Account Management.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Strong project management and execution capabilities.
● Experience working with schools or educational institutions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
