MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE

Role Overview
The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance activities across the campus/facility, ensuring smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, and general infrastructure systems.
The role requires a technically skilled and proactive individual who can identify maintenance issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure a safe and well-maintained working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair activities related to electrical and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues such as wiring, switches, lights, power supply, and equipment maintenance
- Handle plumbing repairs including leakage issues, pipe fittings, water supply systems, and sanitary maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of campus/facility infrastructure and identify maintenance requirements
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for major repair works when required
- Ensure proper functioning of generators, pumps, lighting systems, and utility equipment
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repair work, and service schedules
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency repair requirements
- Ensure safety standards and preventive maintenance practices are followed
- Support setup arrangements for events, classrooms, offices, and campus activities when required
- Monitor inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumable materials
- Assist in overall facility upkeep and infrastructure management
