Manager

Position: Brand & E-Commerce Manager

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
Key Roles & Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
● Manage day-to-day operations across Myntra, Nykaa, SAIRAH's own website and
other e-commerce platforms.
● Manage product listings, catalogues, SKUs, product descriptions, images, pricing
and product information.
● Ensure all products are correctly listed and available across relevant platforms.
● Upload new jewellery designs/products daily on the SAIRAH website and other
marketplaces.
● Monitor marketplace orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and RTOs.
● Monitor marketplace SLAs and ensure orders are processed within required
timelines.
● Coordinate with marketplace account managers and platform support teams.
● Manage discounts, promotions, campaigns and marketplace events.
● Monitor marketplace commissions, fees and other applicable charges.
Order Processing, Packing & Dispatch
● Handle the complete order process from order receipt to packing and dispatch.
● Process daily orders received through SAIRAH's website, Myntra, Nykaa and other
platforms.
● Manage product picking, checking, packing, labelling and dispatch.
● Verify the correct product, SKU, quantity, size, plating and other details before
dispatch.
● Ensure jewellery is packed safely according to SAIRAH's packaging standards.
● Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.
● Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled, returned and RTO orders.
● Maintain daily records of packed and dispatched orders.
● Immediately report any missing, incorrect, damaged or defective products.
Brand & Product Management
● Maintain SAIRAH's brand presentation across all online platforms.
● Coordinate new product launches and daily product uploads.
● Monitor competitor products, pricing and marketplace trends.
● Suggest ideas to improve product visibility and online sales.
● Coordinate with the design/marketing team for product images, banners and
promotional creatives.
Sales & Performance Management
● Track daily sales and orders across all e-commerce platforms.
● Prepare regular sales and marketplace performance reports.
● Analyse product-wise and platform-wise sales.
● Monitor returns, cancellations and RTOs.
● Identify best-selling and slow-moving products.
● Monitor discounts, commissions, platform charges and other marketplace costs.
● Provide regular updates and insights to management.
Manufacturer & Silver Stock Coordination
● Coordinate with manufacturers regarding silver stock, required quantities, silver
usage, purchase details and bills/invoices.
● Maintain proper records of silver stock, material requirements and related
bills/invoices.
● Follow up with manufacturers regarding stock availability and required materials.
Mandatory Requirements
● 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience.
● Myntra, Nykaa or similar marketplace experience is mandatory.
● Experience in product uploading, catalogue/SKU management and website
management.
● Experience in order packing and dispatch.
● Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
● Strong communication, coordination and attention to detail.
● Jewellery / fashion / lifestyle e-commerce experience preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
