Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in managing customer interactions across calls, emails, and chat support channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, Lead qualification and closing deals
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CRM or technology solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, IT Team and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in the Hygiene CRM system.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline or Under graduate or relevant sales Experience
- Prior experience in Customer sales / Call Center (Tech Sales) / Client Relations is preferred.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay scale : 2.25 LPA to 5 LPA + PF + attractive Incentives
