- Design and develop electrical control panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, and synchronization panels as per project requirements.
- Prepare detailed electrical schematics, GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, termination diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Generate and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation.
- Select electrical components such as breakers, relays, contactors, PLCs, drives, busbars, CTs, and meters based on project specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with IEC, IS, NEC, and relevant electrical safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, procurement, and production teams for smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support during panel assembly, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Review customer specifications and prepare technical submissions.
- Conduct load calculations, cable sizing, busbar sizing, and protection coordination studies.
- Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site commissioning when required.
- Optimize designs for cost efficiency, manufacturability, and quality improvement.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of engineering documents.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of LT/HT panel design and industrial electrical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, TTA Panel & Solid Work or similar electrical design software.
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, VFD systems, and industrial automation concepts.
- Good understanding of busbar calculations, cable sizing, and protection systems.
- Experience in preparing BOM, costing support, and technical documentation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
