We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Freshers to join our Business Development & Audit team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to both audit engagements and client relationship management. You will assist in audit assignments while supporting business development activities by interacting with prospective clients. This is not a sales or target-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Audit
- Assist in internal audit and process audit assignments.
- Support documentation of business processes and audit observations.
- Help review internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in audits of business cycles such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
- Prepare working papers, reports, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams during audit assignments.
- Support SOP documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Business Development
- Make introductory calls to prospective clients to explain the firm's service offerings.
- Schedule meetings for the senior business development team.
- Maintain client databases and follow-up records.
- Conduct basic market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- No sales targets or revenue generation responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in B.Com, BMS, BBA, BAF, BBI, or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and business processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a client-facing environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and audit assignments, if required.
