About the Role:
This role exclusively drives end-to-end project delivery across our educational ecosystem. You will actively manage planning, schedules, cross-functional communication, and risk mitigation for all our learning-related initiatives. By partnering with engineering, product, and design, you will keep work on track, ensure learning science principles are integrated into the product, and apply proven project management practices to deliver successful educational outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Drive project scoping: Break complex learning product and LMS development work into manageable milestones, and proactively manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Champion the learning experience: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that project workflows respect learning science principles and user experience standards.
- Manage workflows: Own project boards and trackers in tools like Linear and Trello, ensuring accountability and follow-through on all action items across technical and content teams.
- Lead ceremonies: Facilitate standups, sprint planning, and syncs; drive decision- making, capture risks, and publish concise, actionable updates for all learning projects.
- Align stakeholders: Proactively coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers, manage expectations, and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Manage risk: Identify and track project risks and issues, proactively propose mitigations, and escalate strategically with recommended solutions.
- Ensure quality: Enforce quality checkpoints to ensure all technical deliverables and educational content meet agreed acceptance criteria before release.
- Report progress: Develop and present weekly status reports and dashboards to communicate progress, outcomes, and metrics to leadership.
- Optimize AI initiatives: Organize workflows for AI-driven educational experiments (e.g., AI-powered tutoring or mentoring), including managing prompt runs and evaluating learning outcomes.
What you’ll work on:
- Primarily digital learning products, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and interactive student portals.
- Physical learning products (coordinating the timelines, deliverables, and intersection with our digital platforms).
- AI-powered educational features focused on tutoring, mentoring, and learning workflow automation.
- Process improvements that directly increase customer-centricity and learner engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in project management or coordination, specifically within an EdTech, digital product, or software engineering environment.
- Experience with Learning Systems: Hands-on experience building, managing, or integrating with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital education products.
- Understanding of Learning Science: A strong working knowledge of how humans learn, user experience design, and educational best practices is critical to the success of our learning products.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and a deep understanding of the software project lifecycle.
- Proficiency with modern project management tools (Linear, Trello), documentation, and team communication platforms.
- Strong communication: Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to manage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Exposure to AI tools, prompt design, or LLM-assisted productivity in an educational context.
- Solid technical literacy with the ability to effectively communicate complex requirements with engineering teams.
Pay: ₹18,143.63 - ₹40,887.38 per month
