Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead / Senior Techno-Functional Consultant – Adobe Experience Cloud to lead digital transformation initiatives across customer experience, content supply chain, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of functional expertise, solution architecture, and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, enabling organizations to deliver personalized customer experiences and streamline marketing operations.
You will collaborate with business, marketing, and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, digital asset management, and enterprise marketing solutions within the Adobe ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Develop integrated architectures across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP, AEM Assets (DAM), Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.
- Define system integrations, data flows, and customer journey orchestration.
- Build and optimize content supply chain models aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Customer Journey & Personalization
- Design and implement personalized, real-time customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Configure segmentation, decisioning rules, triggers, and personalization strategies.
- Enable omnichannel customer engagement across email, SMS, web, mobile, and push notifications.
- Continuously optimize customer journeys using analytics, experimentation, and performance insights.
Customer Data Platform (AEP / Real-Time CDP)
- Build unified customer profiles by integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Implement identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation strategies.
- Support real-time personalization, campaign targeting, and behavioral segmentation.
- Ensure data governance, security, compliance, and high-quality customer data.
AEM Assets & Content Supply Chain
- Manage digital assets and optimize workflows using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets).
- Develop content governance frameworks and asset lifecycle management processes.
- Improve asset discoverability, reuse, and campaign performance tracking.
- Collaborate with UX, content, and marketing teams to streamline content operations.
Adobe Workfront & Marketing Operations
- Implement and optimize Adobe Workfront for campaign planning and project management.
- Design and automate marketing workflows, approvals, and operational processes.
- Improve campaign execution efficiency and lifecycle management.
- Integrate Workfront with AEM and other Adobe Experience Cloud applications.
GenStudio & AI-Powered Content
- Support the adoption of Adobe GenStudio and AI-driven content creation solutions.
- Identify opportunities for AI-powered personalization and automated content generation.
- Partner with marketing teams to optimize campaigns using Generative AI capabilities.
- Drive innovation in content creation and performance marketing.
Enterprise Integration & Architecture
- Design integrations between Adobe platforms and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and eCommerce platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, middleware, and cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies.
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, marketing, and technical teams.
- Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and present solution demonstrations.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement, roadmap planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets/DAM).
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Adobe GenStudio (or similar AI-powered content platforms).
- Experience designing customer journeys, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Knowledge of digital asset management, content supply chain, and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise architecture.
- Experience integrating Adobe solutions with CRM, ERP, and eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Digital Platforms, Marketing Technology (MarTech), or Enterprise Applications.
- Proven experience implementing and optimizing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, digital marketing, and content operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or other enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital transformation programs.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing, personalization, and content automation.
- Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
