1. HR Head

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Salary: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems.
- Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Build and strengthen the organizational structure and HR processes.
- Support business expansion, workforce planning, and organizational development.
2. HR Generalist
Location: Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Salary: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and leave administration.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordinate training programs and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
