- Operate VMC/CNC machines to machine mould components like cores, cavities, plates, inserts, etc.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and CAD designs.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
- Load and run CNC programs (G-code / M-code).
- Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic inspection using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge).
- Maintain dimensional tolerances and surface finish requirements.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Identify and report machine issues or defects in components.
- Follow safety procedures and workplace standards.
- VMC Machine (Fanuc / Siemens controller/Mitsubishi)
